Inquiries can be made via the school’s websites, by chatbot, by phone, or by email.
  • Admissions timing is flexible, registrations is accepted throughout the year, ensuring no child is left behind and every child has the opportunity to access quality education and continuous learning. Notice for admission is set at 5 days, as this is the typical turnaround time.
  • Applications must be submitted through the school’s online portal accompanied by the required documentation as outlined in the application checklist. Application form may request information on child’s interests, hobbies, medical requirements, and special educational needs, in addition to standard details found in their passport and their parents or guardians’ information. We value the privacy of your information and use it solely for the purpose of evaluating and processing applications.
  • A non-refundable application fee of £150 is required to process the application.
  • Students will typically be placed in the grade appropriate to their age by a specified date. However, consideration for different level placement is possible and will be processed on a case-by-case basis, considering safeguarding requirements regarding out-of-year study placements, and students’ readiness and acadamic abilities to join different level or grade.
  • Parents or guardians must agree to and comply with the financial terms and conditions of the school, including timely payment of all fees, to ensure quality and sustained education.

  • Information obtained during the admission process is confidential and intended solely for the use of Aile World School and the family applying for admission.
  • Acceptance will be communicated formally via email or letter.
  • Successful applicants will be required to confirm their acceptance within the specified timeframe by completing the necessary enrolment formalities and paying a non-refundable fee of £350 to secure the student’s place and reserve necessary digital learning materials.
  • Upon enrolment an induction programme will be arranged for students and parents, separately, to familiarize them with the school environment, protocols and staff.
