Financial Aid

World green Hub believe that every child deserve high-quality education, regardless of their financial situation or background. We are particularly committed to supporting students who come from underprivileged circumstances, including those who are economically disadvantaged or who may be seeking refuge from conflict zones, political turmoil, or other crises.

Financial Aid for Economically Disadvantaged and Refugee Students

Our financial aid program offers various forms of assistance to ensure that no student is left behind due to economic hardship:

  • Needs-Based Scholarships: We provide needs-based scholarships which are awarded after a thorough assessment of an applicant’s financial situation. These scholarships can significantly reduce or even cover the full cost of tuition, based on the level of need.
  • Tuition Waivers: For students facing extreme hardship, tuition waivers are available in exceptional cases, effectively eliminating the cost of schooling.
  • Flexible Payment Plans: We offer flexible payment plans that allow students to pay tuition fees in installments that are manageable based on their financial capabilities.
  • Emergency Grants: For students in dire need, such as refugees who may not have predictable financial support, emergency grants are available to provide immediate financial relief for educational expenses.
  • Resource Access: Economically disadvantaged students and refugees may also be eligible for free access to textbooks, learning materials, and technology support to ensure they have the necessary tools for their studies.
  • Counseling and Support Services: Our financial aid office provides counseling services to help students navigate the process of applying for aid. We also offer ongoing support to ensure that they can focus on their educational pursuits without the burden of financial stress.

Eligibility and Application Process

To apply for financial aid, students are required to submit:

  • A completed financial aid application form which details personal and family financial information.
  • Relevant supporting documents, which may include income statements, tax returns, and/or proof of refugee status.
  • A personal statement or essay that explains the student’s circumstances, educational goals, and why they are seeking financial aid.

Our financial aid committee reviews all applications with compassion and confidentiality, aiming to provide prompt assistance according to the level of need. We encourage applicants to apply as early as possible, as funds are limited and awarded on a rolling basis.

At our school, we stand behind our belief that financial constraints should not prevent any child from accessing education. We are here to help bridge the gap, offering a helping hand to those in need so that they may rise to their full potential unimpeded by their financial challenges.
